the Greek word polis to mean a city,
tantamount to todays state.
It deals with the dynamics of the
state, its government and its
relationship with people and the laws
that govern them

Definition. Politics is the use of POWER
by those in AUTHORITY to make
DECISIONS by establishing ORDER for
the COMMON GOOD
The course is designed to shed light
on politics (government and
fundamental law) in the context of the
Philippines.
