Bash Mechanon

Mechanon was created by a superhero group to protect their headquarters but suffered a malfunction that caused him to want to destroy all organic life. He has begun grand schemes to accomplish this goal and has set up robotic factories around the world to rebuild himself with any improvements needed if defeated. His powers make him nearly unstoppable but he can be damaged by magnetic attacks.
