Cannot HO in drive test measurement to some Ncell / No attempt to some Ncell
1. Check relation data in CDD data \ RELATION. Make sure Neighbor already exist
2. Check Frequecy measurement in CDD data \ MF1. Make sure frequency all neighbor
exist in Idle and Active type
3. Check coverage reason site audit data
4. Check Neighbor status
5. Check parameter setting
Low performance HO to some Ncell (high reversion)
1. Check Neighbor Blocking If neighbor was high blocking, do traffic sharing in
neighbor side (proposed TRX expansion), decrease HO attempt to that neighbor.
2. Optim relation parameter to that cell : KHYST, KOFFSETP, KOFFSETN, LHYST,
LOFFSETP, LOFFSETN, TRHYST, TROFFSETP, TROFFSETN, AWOFFSET,
BQOFFSET, HIHYST, LOHYST, OFFSETP, OFFSETN, BQOFFSETAFR
3. Check neighbor Interference
Low performance HO to some external Ncell
1. Check neighbor Interference
2. Optim relation parameter to that cell : KHYST, KOFFSETP, KOFFSETN, LHYST,
LOFFSETP, LOFFSETN, TRHYST, TROFFSETP, TROFFSETN, AWOFFSET,
BQOFFSET, HIHYST, LOHYST, OFFSETP, OFFSETN, BQOFFSETAFR
