Heater Inspection Plan

1. This inspection plan outlines the inspection of a heater, including areas scaffolded, and conditions of radiant and convection tubes, interior refractory surfaces, burners, and dampers. 2. The radiant and convection tubes were found to be in overall satisfactory condition with average thickness readings taken, while the interior refractory surfaces and burners were also generally satisfactory with some normal wear. 3. Recommendations include any additional work needed during the next outage, such as repairs, modifications or replacements based on the inspection findings.
