AGREEMENT FOR ASSIGNMENT AND PURCHASE OF JUDGMENT
THIS CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT, entered into between NAME OF
JUDGMENT CREDITOR, judgment creditor of the herein referenced civil action, of
ADDRESS OF JUDGMENT CREDITOR, hereinafter referred to as "ASSIGNOR/SELLER",
and NAME OF ASSIGNEE OF JUDGMENT, of ADDRESS OF ASSIGNEE OF
JUDGMENT, hereinafter referred to as ASSIGNEE/BUYER".
1. Sale and Assignment of Judgment:
ASSIGNOR/SELLER hereby agrees, for true and valuable consideration as described
herein, to sell and assign, irrevocably and without lien or recourse, all right, interests in and title
to the judgment whose Civil Action Number is: CASE NUMBER and original judgment award
amount is $LIST AMOUNT entered on LIST DATE at the Superior Court of California,
County of LIST COUNTY, against NAME OR NAMES OF JUDGMENT DEBTOR OR
DEBTORS, herein after referred to as "JUDGMENT DEBTORS" to ASSIGNEE/BUYER.

From the date of this fully executed agreement, ASSIGNEE/BUYER, obtains and accepts
complete ownership of the judgment contained herein. ASSIGNOR/SELLER, from the date of
this fully executed agreement, will cease and desist all efforts to collect this judgment and
recognize that this sale is final and ASSIGNEE/BUYER has total and exclusive right to collect,
compromise, sell or further assign said judgment at its discretion.
2. Warranty by Judgment Creditor:
ASSIGNOR/SELLER warrants and affirms that his/her/its title to, and interest in the
judgment herein is a valid and legally enforceable judgment, was lawfully obtained, not subject
to any stay, and to the best of his/her/its knowledge has not been discharged in any bankruptcy
proceeding or otherwise satisfied or canceled, and there are no liens on the judgment except as
specified herein.
ASSIGNOR/SELLER affirms that it has not received partial payment of these debts from
the JUDGMENT DEBTOR or any other source, and will immediately notify
ASSIGNEE/BUYER of any future receipts, and will, within thirty (30) days, remit to
ASSIGNEE/BUYER all said receipts.
