COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
This course will meet thrice a week for 6 weeks. Each session
will be 3 hours. The accelerated pace requires students to take a
responsibility for their learning outcomes. Students are expected all
class sessions.
Students are expected to actively participate in class
discussions. Active participation may include asking course-related
questions, sharing new ideas or thoughts that could contribute to the
topic being discussed, and having a cooperative attitude and sense of
humor in making the class discussions lively. Consideration of other
students should also be noted to avoid dominating class discussions.
Class participation will be graded accordingly and will be given as
much weight as quizzes.
