Summary of Event
On 04/15/2010 at about 0636 hours, Darryl McDade (43) of Chandler and Kelly Harris (43) also of Chandler
were arrested by detectives as a result of the Gilbert Police Department investigation.

Harris and McDade stole credit cards from employees of various businesses around Gilbert during March and
April 2010. The couple entered the stores and then went into the employee break rooms removing credit
cards from the purses of the employees. The couple then used the credit cards to purchase various gift cards,
electronics and other merchandise.

The couple was booked into the MCSO’s 4th Avenue Jail.

Gilbert PD is requesting that the booking photos NOT be aired or posted on websites until Monday evening.

Surveillance video is being provided in lieu of the booking photos. The videos are attached to email. They are
