I have proven expertise all aspects of High-tech Machine building,

I had been in senior management positions in various engineering organizations until I took
retirement at the end of 2009.

I started my career as a designer in BHPV Ltd.,

I was with the Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd., Ranchi for 25 years and was reputed as a
wizard in - Technology, Design, R&D, Manufacturing, Facilities planning, and Project
Management .

I was trained by OM Ltd., Japan and spent 3 months in the design department of their Nagaoka
factory.

I worked for eight years for J. Mahabeer Group companies, viz. Dominant Offset Ltd., and
Raghbeer Machinery (P) Ltd., based at Gurgaon, as a General Manager (Projects). I developed
and launched a high speed and high technology range of web offset printing machines, mostly
meant for exports.

These were in various prestigious venues like Drupa, Ipex and Nexpo. I spent long periods of
time in the USA working on designs and technologies with the experts and sourcing sub systems
from there. I visited UK and Germany quite a few times.

I brought both the factories under ISO 9001 certification and got CE marking.

I was on a sub-committee for the Bureau of Indian Standards.

For one year I worked with M/S Triad Software (P) Ltd., Chennai in their Engineering Services
Division. The project accounts I was heading include Lufkin Industries, Hill Phoenix Inc and
Enodis / Jackson Inc, all based in the USA.

I retired recently as Chief of Design and Production of M/S Milindia Ltd, the leading exporters
of plant and machinery for soap and detergent industry. They have factories in Noida and
Haridwar in joint participation with global leaders from Italy.

I am looking for an assignment eg. as a Project Consultant, Technical adviser /Mentor for
management personnel etc. In areas of high-tech product development / collaboration from
abroad and technology transfer, my track record would be found invaluable.

Specialties:

I have expertise in the following areas: I had been the Chief of Manufacturing Technology in
Asia’s largest engineering organization. I have a long experience as a designer of machinery and
I work hands-on with the latest 3-D MCAD Design and Analysis software. I had been actively
associated with National Institute of Personnel Management for some time. I am known to be a
good trainer and mentor. I have to my credit software developed by me for Computer Aided
Manufacturing.
