Physical Education 4/5 Standard Evaluation guide

Students will be assessed daily using this grid. Students are assigned a grade consisting of their average score out of a total of four
each week. This score will be used to assign a letter grade. Students who are ill, absent, or are unable to participate for any other
reason will not be penalized.
