How to update your e-NP

1. Open the e-NP application from your desktop.

2. Go to Tools.

3. Click on the Get NMs and Permits

4. Click Next.

5. Choose E-Mail and click Next.

6. Choose Request and click Next

7. Click on Browse and choose the folder in which you want to Save the request file.

8. After you have successfully saved the file attach it in an email and send it to:
[email protected]
In subject line write: e-NP. You do not need to write any text.

9. After the file has been sent you will receive your update response file. Then click on the
Browse and choose the folder that you have saved the response file. Click Load. The file will
be loaded and the Finish button will be active. Click it to proceed with the updates.

10. The confirmation will appear. Click Finish to complete the procedure.
