Topping

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven at 350F. Grease the baking pan and set aside.
2. Create the batter by combining the cassava, butter, evaporated
milk, condensed milk, cheese, sugar, and eggs. Mix thoroughly and
add the coconut milk.
3. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the topping by combining sugar and flour. Pourin condensed milk and add the cheese. Stir constantly then add the
coconut milk. Cook for 10 minutes.
5. Pour the topping on top of the cassava cake and spread evenly.
Bake for another 10 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
