Vented Box Loudspeaker Systems Part II

The power capacity of a vented-box loudspeaker system is shown to be directly related to the system frequency response. The vent area must be made large enough to prevent noise generation or excessive losses. The basic performance characteristics may be determined from knowledge of a number of fundamental system parameters.
