Fill the selection with a radial gradient. 2) Apply radial blur and duplicate the layer. Add noise to one duplicate layer. 3) Reduce the opacity of the layers and erase sharp edges to blend the layers together.

Spray Can Effect

Open an image of a spray cane.

Create a flower shape using custom shape tool.


Press Ctrl+Enter to get the selection.

Fill the selection with a radial gradient.

From filter menu select blur>>radial blur.


Apply settings as shown.

Press Ctrl+F to apply the effect again.


Press Ctrl+T. Right click and select perspective. Adjust the
nodes.

Erase the sharp edges using eraser tool with feathered brush
settings.
Reduce the opacity of the layer to 50%. Duplicate this layer.

From filter menu select noise >>add noise.

Apply settings as shown.
