How is your self-esteem?

Having self-esteem means feeling good about yourself.


Is your self-esteem high or low? And your classmate's?
Check it with this test!
Do this test to one of your classmates. When you finish it, he or she will have to do it to you.

1. When you get up in the morning and see yourself in the mirror, what do you say?
A) You are very beautiful today! It may be a great day.
B) Oh, no! Is that me? Id should get back to the bed again.
2. When you make a big mistake, what do you say?
A) Everybody have the right to make mistakes every day.
B) Youve done it again! I think I cant do anything well.

3. When you have success, what do you say?


A) Congratulations! Im the best!
B) I think I could have done it much better.

4. When a person says to I really like you, what do you say?


A) It feels good. I deserve it!
B) No one says that if he doesnt want something from you.

5. When you fail to a person that you like, what do you say?
A) It isnt good, but sometimes people fail other people. I did it, but life goes on.
B) How could I do something like that? I feel very bad. I am ashamed.

6. When you feel insecure, what do you say?

A) Everybody feel that way sometimes. Ask for a


hug and you'll feel much better.
B) You're very childish! You have to be more
mature.

RESULTS

Add 2 points per each A) answer and 0 points per each B) one.
10- 12 points: Congratulations! Your self-esteem is high and positive.
7- 9 points: Your self-esteem could be better.
4- 6 points: Your self-esteem is low, but now you know it and you can change it.
0- 4 points: Your self-esteem is very low. An alien from outer space destroyed it!
But don't worry- now you know it and you can change it too!
