SAP - QM Module

The document describes a quality management module that covers inward and final inspections of materials. It involves creating master data like materials, inspection characteristics, inspection plans, sampling methods, and activating quality management for materials. The module triggers inspections when materials are received or produced. Inspectors can record results according to sampling plans and checkers can then monitor lots and make usage decisions like acceptance, acceptance with deviation, or rejection of materials. The module allows monitoring inspection lot status and viewing inspection snapshots.
