LOCATION RELEASE FORM

Permission is hereby granted to Matthew Menzies, Jainisha Navinkumar, Nikita


Deepak and Nasima Manyoskhel (Producers) and its employees and suppliers to
enter Ansar Youth Project Club and use its premises for the purposes of
filming and photographing scenes for strictly educational purposes. For the
amount of 0.01 GBP you agree to the statements and conditions stated in this
contract concerning your property.
