Provide solution for various Demand Planning challenges


Bring and implement the best practices of Demand Planning
Study the "as is" process and suggest the "to be" model
Transfer the process from on-shore to offshore
Manage the team during the transition and stabilization phase
Run the process until stabilization and hand over to delivery team
Working with domestic and global clients
Running projects that adds value to clients, which will be part of the governance discussion
Engaging with clients and maintaining issue tracker at higher level
Flexible roles between delivery and transition
Will front end all the Demand Planning expansions, as a SME

Required Skills

Complete insights in Demand Planning (Masters, sales cleansing, statistical forecasting)


Good in analytics
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment
Working in CPG sector
2 to 3 years experience in Demand Planning
MBA/PGDM from B - school
