Mathew Strake Scale

This document appears to be a patient assessment scale for measuring the effects of a stroke. It includes sections to score a patient's level of consciousness, orientation, speech abilities, cranial nerve function, motor power in arms and legs, performance/disability status, reflexes, and sensation. Scores are provided for each category with higher numbers indicating better or more normal functioning. The total score is calculated at the bottom to assess the overall impact of the stroke.
