Google Maps Lessson Plan

This lesson plan introduces students to Abraham Lincoln's life through reading a picture book and discussing important locations on a map. The teacher will begin by asking students what they know about Lincoln and reading a picture book about his life. Students will then color and label locations from Lincoln's life on individual maps, such as the states where he lived. The teacher will check each student's completed map to assess their understanding of the significant places in Lincoln's story.
