Lab Self-Evaluation

Students in the DCTS Culinary Arts class must fill out an individual lab sheet each week to receive credit. The lab sheet requires students to record the recipe prepared, date, class, and cleaning duty. Students then evaluate the appearance, color, flavor, and texture of the product and conduct a self-evaluation of following guidelines. They also provide a group evaluation and a 4-5 sentence lab analysis. Completing and submitting the lab sheet by the end of the week is necessary to receive full points.
