Information/Document required
Provide the full address of the Registered Office of the
proposed company.
Provide the nationality of all the promoters and
nationality proof.
Provide the duration of stay at the address proof shared
while making the DIN application.
Provide the proposed authorized share capital of the
company.
Provide the place of Birth of Promoters.
PAN number of the promoters only if the promoters are
subject to tax as per Indian Income Tax Act, 1961.
Educational qualification of each subscriber to MOA &
AOA and also of the first directors.
Details of the companies in which the subscriber is
already a director.
CIN:
Name of the company;
Whether director or promoter.
Provide the either of the following documents as Identity
proof for each promoter:
1. Voter ID
2. Passport
3. Driving License
4. Adhar Card
Passport is mandatory in case of Non Resident Indians
and Foreign nationals.
Provide either of the following as Address proof:
a. Bank Statement;
b. Telephone Bill;
c. Electricity Bill:
d. Mobile Bill
These documents are required to be latest and shall not
be older than two months.
Provide the shareholding pattern of the promoters.
Email Id of the promoters.
Telephone number of promoters.
Passport Size color Photographs of each promoter in two
sets.
Affidavit in Form INC 10 from each promoter.

Consent Letter to act as director


Tax Paid Receipt or Electricity Bill of the proposed
registered office address.
No Objection certificate from the owner
In case the subscriber is a body corporate (Company)
then the following documents are required:

Name of the body corporate;
Registered office or principal place of business;
Certified true copy of the resolution specified the
authorization to a person to subscribe the MOA
and AOA and to make investment in the
proposed company.
Copy of certificate of incorporation of body

Notes:
1. The documents mentioned in the point number 09 and 10 above are required to be notarized
