2015TRB - MS67 Price Adjustment TP

The Government of Andhra Pradesh issued an order to clarify the treatment of price adjustment mentioned in an earlier order from 2012. ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B)Admn.,& SR
in the reference second cited, Government decide and hereby clarify that
the Treatment of price adjustment mentioned in point No. 9 of para (2)of
G.O.MS.No.1, Finance (W&P-F7) Dept, dt.25.02.2012 (reference first
cited)i.e., the price variation clause applies to both decrease and increase,
whenever variation is more than 5%.
2.
The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B),Admn, SR,RSW & Buildings, shall take
necessary further action accordingly.
3.
This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-W.R.I) Dept
vide their U.O. No.16571/226/W.P.II/15, dt.5.10.2015
