Problem Based Learning Lesson Plan Template Rev

Part Four: Using the Evaluation Checklist, thoroughly reflect on the design of your
Problem Based Lesson. Discuss with your mentor and make revisions. POST your
Checklist on Blackboard.
Part Five: Create a multimedia presentation to present your PBL lesson to your peers
at the FINAL face to face meeting at the end of Course 2. POST (on Blackboard) your
presentation or a document with a link.
