With reference to your letter dated 21st February 2014 regarding the above subject. Cost for the job is given
below.
Two Photographs for the microstructure (including sample preparation)
Microstructure analysis

= Rs. 10000.00
= Rs. 2000.00

Hardness test for Two samples


Sample preparation (Rs 450x2)

= Rs. 5000.00
= Rs. 900.00

Impact test for Two samples


Sample preparation (Rs 750x2)

= Rs. 9000.00
= Rs. 1500.00

Interpretation of the results of chemical analysis

= Rs. 2000.00

Total Cost

= Rs. 30400.00

The payment shall be made after completion of the above mentioned task, by a cheque drawn in favour of
