About myself.

I was born in a small town called Merida, Venezuela. While living in Merida, I completed
my elementary education and part of my junior year of high school. When I was 10 years old, I
moved to a city named Valencia with my parents. Valencia is one of the biggest labor cities in
Venezuela. I completed the rest 4of high school in Valencia at a school named "Las Californias".
By the time I graduated high school, I knew I wanted to be an engineer. Therefore, I started my
higher education at the University of Jose Antonio Paez. While attending the University of Jose
Antonio Paez, I worked as a realtor for the company Unibienes. I enjoyed this job very much and
felt that it was easy to adapt to the new educational and working environment. I easily associated
myself with the company and its product.
After a few years working and studying in Valencia, Venezuela, I decided to move to the
United States and live in the state of Florida. This decision was made mostly because of the
rising levels of corruption in Venezuela. I stayed in Florida with my younger brother in a city
called Naples for a year where I attended Hodges University and completed my ESL (English as
a second language) program. While living in Naples, I worked at Burger King as a cashier and
cook.
After completing my ESL program in Florida, I decided to move to Michigan. I wanted to
complete my bachelors degree as an engineering student. Wayne State University presented
itself as a great option for me, so I applied and began taking classes. In addition, during my time
in the state of Michigan, I worked in a bar restaurant for the winter season and at a Mexican
restaurant called Pancheros as a cook and server. Now, Im currently working in a company
called Sign Stuff in the production area.
About what I am looking for.
I am interested in applying for a position where I can have time to continue attending my
classes. I believe I am capable to perform all required tasks once they are taught to me. I have a
High School diploma, I am working on my bachelors degree, and I have more than two years of
customer service and sales experience. In addition, I love jobs that are related to team work and
customer service because these are skills that I would like to enhance for myself. Also, because
my major is related to the improvement, design, and installation of integrated systems of people.
I am really interested to become part of the UPS team to be able to apply this knowledge in the
company.

Thank you for your time. I am looking forward to being part of your team. I hope to hear
from you soon.
Best Regards,
William Mackay.
