The exporter is submitting export documents to their bank under a letter of credit. The letter lists the original and copy documents being provided, including the bill of exchange, invoice, packing list, bill of lading/airway bill, certificate of origin, and SDF form. The exporter requests the bank purchase the documents and credit the proceeds to the exporter's account on a FIFO basis. The bank is asked to forward the documents to the opening and/or confirming bank as required by the letter of credit.
