This document discusses reframing classroom rules using positive language. Some examples given include reframing "Don't start before listening to instructions" as "Follow directions quickly". It also provides opportunities to teach each rule such as thanking students for following instructions, raising a hand to show students the rule, and giving rewards like stickers or stars. The reframed rules aim to encourage good behavior using positive reinforcement rather than focusing on prohibitions.
