Incident: Call came in late last night a father became overly aggressive with his children,
and began to beat them. Officer Frye was by surrounding neighbors to handle the situation.
Two children were seen with bruises all over and blood trickling down their arms and legs.
The arrest was made on sight.

Detail of Event:
According to the mother the argument began over the children not following instructions.
The father voice started to rise, and his temper started to flair. He took his belt and stroke
one of the kids on the back and slowly became whipping him. He left the other kid alone and
started taking the second child. He put his hand around his neck and began throwing him
against furniture in the room. Both kids suffered severe bruises, and lacerations.

Actions Taken:

Officer Frye didnt call for back up


Arrested the father on the spot
No despite happened during the arrest
Ambulance was called to the scene to make sure everyone was in good condition.

Summary:
Mother called the police due to a heated altercation taken place inside the home. Officer
Frye was called to the scene. 2 children seemed to be beaten badly by the father. The father
was arrested at the scene. Ambulance were called to the scene, to make sure the victims
were okay.
