Rewards
Individual Rewards
Student must obey all rules for a week and demonstrate good behavior.
Rewards may include: extra credit points on grade or homework pass.

Group Rewards
Class as a whole must obey all rules throughout the week and show proper

behavior.
Rewards may include: homework-in-class day, extra credit points on upcoming
exam, or ability to retake a exam
Example: Extra credit on grade would be 1% on
entire letter grade.
Out of a 100 point exam, only 5 points will be given.

Consequences
Individual Consequences
First citation : Warning
Second citation: Conduct Form
Third citation: call home or email
Fourth citation: conference with parents

Group Consequences
First citation : Warning
Second citation: Minute of silence to complete Conduct Form
Third citation: Signed Conduct Form for parents
