3.Proper edge/surface preparation to be done before installation / welding.

4.Pre-heating of shell be done before welding.


5.Continuous monitoring/observation should be done during welding to check for miss alignment due to sh
6.After completion of all TCH welding , measurements shall be made again and recorded.

7.Weld test shall be done , if any defects found repair should be done and re tested.
8.SR shall be done for all TCH either by segmentwise or all at a time.
9. After SR is completed , measurement shall be taken again and checked with earlier reading for any devi
