PARTICULARS OF THE OFFENCE
That the said Albin Grofasi Rwabuyagala ,is a Tanzanian by
nationality, charged that on 10 th August 2014 at or about 14:00
hours at Bitaraguru Police barrier within Bunda District in Mara
Region, was found aiding,abetting facilitating and promoting
persons to commit an offence Contrary to the laws of The United
Republic of Tanzania.
