Piano Practice Sheet

This document outlines a reward system for a child practicing a skill for 30 minutes at a time. It instructs the child to fill in a square on the chart for each 30 minute practice session. Once seven squares are filled, representing 3.5 hours of practice, the child can select a prize. The chart must be signed by a parent to verify the practice time completed before a prize is awarded.

DIRECTIONS: Every time you practice 30 minutes, fill in a square by coloring it, putting a sticker inside, etc.
Once you have filled one line of boxes (7 total squares and 3.5 hours), you are able to
pick a

beforehand!
