muchalltheworkIdidpreproductionwasmakingsurewehadsound
equipmentandthinkingaboutmusicandsounddesignforpostproduction.

8/10,IhavehadlotsofexperiencewithactorsanddirectingsoIthinkmy
inputtoassistdirectingandgivingfreshideasastohowwecouldmakea
scenebetterdramatically.Ialsocollaboratedwellwiththedirectorof
photographyasmyroleonsoundcloselyfollowedhisonthecamera.During
theeditingIwasabletoworkwellwiththerestoftheteamtofinetunesome
ofthescenethathadabitofissuetoconcludebeneficially.

8/10,Weallcontributedverywelltoaspectstodowithfilmgrammar
discussingthebestapproachestoconveyourstoryandmessageinan
appealingway.AsmuchaseveryoneelseIhadmyinputintothegrammarof
thefilm.ConceptualideaIfeelIreallycontributedto,especiallyhelpingthe
directoranddirectoryofphotographytoshowideasandstorypointsinways
thatmaynothavebeenthoughtpreviously.Ithinkmyvoiceinthisareawas
usefulandcollaboratedwellwithothergroupmembersideas.

4. Technicalandpracticalskillsinexecutingthepreproductionplan

5/10,AgainIwasgiventherolesofsoundandeditingsothepreproduction
planswerenotasmuchmyroleasthedirectorsandproducers.Ihelpoutany
placeIwasneededofferingpossiblelocationsandequipmentbutmy
contributionwerenotthebestsuitedfortheoutcome.

5. Groupinteractionandproblemsolvinginordertoachieveoutcomes

9/10,Weallfunctionwellasagroupcollaboratingandsolvingproblems
diplomaticallyandcalmly.Iwashappytobetoldwhattodobythedirector
anddirectorofphotographytomakesurethebestoutcomewasachievedand
likewisetheyappreciatedmyinputandacceptedmyideasiftheylikedthem.
