GOALS:
1. Raise heart Rate to over 75% - high intensity
2. Revise/establish court movement and gameplay
3. Training specific to positions, offense and defence
Equipment:
- Balls
- Goals
- Markers
- Coloured bibs
Session:
Warm-Up
Two laps of the court
Two lines on side of court
(all to be done twice)
- Jog out to half way and back
- High knees out, butt kicks back
- Open the gate out, shut the gate back
- Kick the door down out, high swings back
Work-Out
Drill 1:
- 2 even teams, small goals across court

5 passes is a point, or scoring is a point

Loss of possession/bad pass run around home goal and return

Drill 2:
- Keeper in goal
- Players to line up at top left corner with balls
- First to pass to player half way down right sideline
- Kicker then runs the sideline and receives the pass back parallel along
the left side line
- Controls, then passes on to a player at the left base corner
- Receiver places a pass in front of the goal for the player on the right line
to have a shot

Player 1 (top corner) moves to right line to receive


Shooter moves to base corner to pass off
Passer dribbles the ball back along the sideline to the start as the next
person plays
Drill 3:
- Establish diamond attack

- Jog around court, gradually losing pace
