The first is the Old Angler's Inn Conditional Use Plan which proposes one lot on 5.85 acres in the R-200 zone. The second is the 8912 Liberty Lane Concept Plan which proposes two lots on 1.16 acres in the R-90 zone. The next DRC meeting will be on July 11, 2016.
