Wheelz Up Time Clock Procedures

Wheelz Up, LLC requires all employees to use a web-based timekeeping system to record their hours worked. Employees must clock in before their start time and out when finished working, as well as clock out for any breaks or time away from assigned duties. Employees can only clock in or out within 5 minutes of their scheduled shift and must do so at their designated work location. Any overtime worked over 40 hours per week will be paid at 1.5 times the normal rate. Violations of these timekeeping procedures may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Wheelz Up, LLC Time Clock Procedures


Each employee or resource that works for Wheelz Up, LLC is required to have a record
of hours worked. Everyone must use the web-based time keeping system. The following
regulations will apply:
1. Employees are required to clock in prior to their assigned start time, and must clock out
when they go off duty.
2. Employees are required to clock out any time they leave the work site for any reason
including break times, (lunch, doctors appointments) or other than assigned work duties.
3. Employees must clock in and out at their designated workplaces (i.e. dealerships, other offsite clients).
4. Unless permission to do otherwise authorized in writing by the employee's supervisor, no
employee may clock in more than 5 minutes prior to, or 5 minutes after, the start of their
shift. Employees may not clock out more than 5 minutes prior to, or 5 minutes following the
end of their work time.
5. Clocking in within the time-frame specified in item three, will be calculated as an on-time
report for duty.
6. Time recorded will be the work-time paid or employees will be paid from time sheets
verified by actual recorded times. Any adjustments to the recorded time must be approved by
the employee's supervisor.
7. Employees must clock out for their designated lunch time.
8. Employees who have worked time in excess of 40 hours per week will be paid time-and-ahalf (or accrue comp-time at that rate) for all time exceeding 40 hours.
10. Except in emergency circumstances, prior permission to work overtime has to be
approved by Wheelz Up management.
Violations of these procedures may result in disciplinary actions; including oral or written
warnings, suspension without pay and/or termination. Under no circumstance may one
employee clock in or out for another employee. Any employee participating in this type of
violation will face immediate termination.
