All Butt-welded component thickness shall match pipe thickness.


Threaded joints are permitted only at outlet of vent and drain valves, at hydrostatic connections, at outlet of instrument take-off valves and to match
equipment.
Integrally reinforced branch connections outside the sizes shown in the branch connection tables are permitted. If applicable, weld thickness of integrally
reinforced branch connection shall be checked to determine if PWHT is required.
These valves shall be used only for vent, drain, and instrument connections.
These valves have no flanges, but are installed between line flanges with extra length bolts.
Full port valves shall be used when indicated on the P&ID.
Pressure and temperature may be limited for these valves. Refer to manufacturer's recommended pressure temperature limits.
Provide flat face flanges to mate to flat face equipment nozzles or other flat face flanges.
Full-face gaskets shall be used at flat faced flanges.
These valves shall be used when mating to flanged nozzles.
