Understanding The Layers and Forces of Consciousness
This is the simplest way of understanding the three main levels of our consciousness in terms of the Vedic teachings. It sheds light on the six demonic levels, Shadripu, that predominate at the lowest level, on the six egoic forces that prompt us into reactions, and the six levels of virtues that maintain our mental and moral health so that we can progress higher up to the pure spiritual consciousness level.
