Media Information Release

Armed Robbery- 7-11 Store

On June 3, 2010 at approximately 3:34 a.m. Town of Vienna Police Officers responded
to an alarm activation at the 7-11 Store 537 Maple Avenue, West. Arriving officers
discovered that a lone black male had entered the store. He then brandished a semi-
automatic handgun at the clerk and demanded money.

The clerk complied and while handing him the money a second employee entered the
store and was ordered to lie on the ground. He then ordered both employees in to the rear
bathroom of the store and fled.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5’ 8” 250 lbs. wearing a black ball cap, two
tone gray and blue jacket (gray on top, blue on bottom) and gloves.

Fairfax County patrol officers, K-9, and helicopter responded to assist. The suspect was
not located.
