SGT - Le.017 Sheave Block &amp Snatch Block

SGT Engineering provides inspection criteria for sheave blocks and snatch blocks. Any sheaves with wear exceeding gauge depth, or severe nicks, cuts or corrosion are cause for rejection. Sprockets or cheek plates with cracks, heat damage, severe impacts or excessive corrosion also require rejection. Pins with over 10% wear or attachment points with over 5% wear or signs of cracks, cuts or corrosion fail inspection.
