Computer hacking involves modifying computer hardware and software without the user's consent and illegally accessing computers or networks. There are different types of hackers - "white hat" and "grey hat" hackers test security systems to help improve them, while "black hat" hackers intend to do harm. While some argue computer hacking enables technological advances and helps law enforcement, others see it as unethical unless done with permission to improve security. Whether hacking is ethical depends on the hacker's intentions and perspective.
