VALUES
Values can be defined as those things that are important to or valued by someone. That someone
can be an individual or, collectively, an organization. One place where values are important is in
relation to vision. Values are the rules by which we make decisions about right and wrong,
should and shouldn't, good and bad. They also tell us which are more or less important, which is
useful when we have to trade off meeting one value over another.

VALUES OF VALUE

Integrity

Integrity is nothing more likely to drive a man mad, than the being unable to get rid of the idea of
the distinction between right and wrong, and an obstinate, constitutional preference of the true to
the agreeable.

Honesty of performance

Honesty of performance is the visibility of honesty in the tasks which we have performed in our
day to day life. It is the art of doing work in an honest manner.

Dignity

Dignity is the proper degree of respect, or even that they are failing to treat themselves with
proper self-respect. It is the a sign or token of respect towards any person.

Courage of conviction

Courage of conviction is the courage which an individual posses to fight or raise his voice
against any wrong. It requires a lot of courage to be a part of it as the path of courage to
conviction is very difficult.

ETHICS

Ethics is concerned with the norms of human social behaviour. "it is that study of human
behaviour which propounds the supreme good of human life and which formulates the
judgements of right and wrong and good and evil." It is also called moral philosophy. It is the
implementation of values in your life.

Ethical value in business are applying the values of values in business and implementing those in
our daily business environment.
