The World Mental Health Day Expo 2010 will be held on October 16th at Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang. There will be talks in both English and Malay throughout the day on various mental health topics such as understanding mental illness, depression, suicide prevention, stress management, and more. Activities include a treasure hunt in the morning and sessions in the afternoon on parenting, family education, and unleashing creativity. Ongoing activities include depression screening, registration for people with disabilities, and a mental health exhibition.
