Training provides returns through better trained workers and engineers. The author completed a six-week training program at ASPEE SPRINGS LIMITED where they learned about production processes and documentation. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Training is an investment and hence one should be able to get due returns in terms of better
quality of workmen and engineers for future.

I am doing my training at ASPEE SRINGS LIMITED, Dappar. During this six week
period of my training I learn many things related to production industry and its documentation
work. This has increased my knowledge and practicability about the vast field of Production
industry.

I am grateful to Mr. AMIT GARG (Training and Placement Officer, SPCET (LALRU) for
helping to gain practical knowledge in my field.

I am extremely grateful to the management of ASPEE for giving me an opportunity to pursue


practical training in their plant. I am thankful to Mr. S.C. MEHTA (General Manager) who
allowed me to pursue training in their plant & Mr. JASPREET SINGH (Management
Representative & Er. Q.A.) who really supported me during this six week of training.

I am also thankful to all the staff and workers of the plant for their support and help.
