Group Project Work & Presentation
A. Individual Assignment (Weightage: 20%)

 Topic: Participants can choose any topic related to the Area of


IMC about which they are extremely passionate.

 Length of Presentation: Not more than 5 pages (Word


Document). In case the Presentations have to be supported by
Visuals, Videos etc then these References should be attached
under a separate section titled as “Attachment”. This means
that Page 6 & beyond should only be “Attachment”.

 Submission: This Assignment should be submitted as a Soft


Copy by 29th November’10 evening.

 Email Address for Submission: This Assignment should be


submitted to me on the following Email Address:

 Content of Assignment: The Assignment will be graded on:


o Originality
o Your Views & Interpretation on the Topic chosen by you
o Your prediction of Trends on the Topic chosen by you.
B. Group Project Work & Presentation
(Weightage: 30%)

 Topic: Already finalized

 Presentation for Submission: For the finalized Topic, each


Group should make a Presentation which should cover each &
every aspect covered in IMC Sessions. If the Brand, for which
the Group is drawing up the IMC Plan, has not used an IMC
Vehicle we have discussed in Class, then please suggest how
this Vehicle can be used by the Brand effectively.
You Presentation should be visually rich & wherever possible it
should be supported by Video, Audio & other materials.

 Length of Presentation: There is no upper limit to the number


of slides / attachments that can be submitted.

 Presentation in Class: Every Group will be assigned 15 Minutes


for Presentation in Class - up to 10 Minutes for Presentation &
the balance 5 Minutes for Q & A Sessions. This means that
every Group will have to make an Edit from the Main
Presentation which will take 10 Minutes of time to present. The
Edit should capture the essence of the Group’s Project Work.

 Submission: Every Group has to submit the Group Project Work


in a CD. The Date of Submission is 29th November’10 evening.
The CD may be submitted to Shivam.
