To ensure that the maximum number of students is accommodated, the
following closing dates will have to be enforced:

For the ceremonies from 9 up to 27 May 2011;


- Closing date for any new name submissions: Monday 28
February

- Closing date for any mark changes or adjustments: Monday 7


March

For the ceremonies from 20 up to 22 September 2011;

- Closing date for any new name submissions: Friday 5 August

- Closing date for any mark changes or adjustments: Friday 12


August
