It collects information on the brand of TV owned, when and where it was purchased, satisfaction with the retailer, reliability of the TV, ease of finding the TV at the retailer, staff knowledge and helpfulness, return and replacement policies, pressure to purchase, contract fairness, and problems experienced in the past 12 months. The purpose is for small research on brands and customer perceptions.
