Thad been called by the Casualty, Hospital, BARC at around 01:00 AM on 14" Nov. 2009 (mid night of 13 Nov. 2009) for re-medical check up and preparation of new ‘medical report (copy enclosed, as No. 1) when my medical check up already had been carried out and medical report were prepared (copy enclosed, as No. 2) at around 07:30 PM on 13" Nov. 2009. 2. The accommodation for my wife and her parents was provided to the New Bachelor Hostel (NBH) guest house, Anushaktinagar on 13” Nov. 2009 after when they attempted to kill me at my residence. Their accommodation was also extended (copy enclosed, as No.3) until they attempted second time for similar consequence (copy enclosed, as No. 4) on 26 Nov. 2009 even though I had informed and sought help from the competent authority by emails and the letter (copies enclosed, as No. 5, 6 and 7 respectively) on 23" Nov. 2009 Page | of 43, L have sent some ema to higher police officials from my official email account [email protected] but it retured back (€9PS ‘enclosed, as No. 8). It is suspected that my email account has been hacked and misused, Efforts were also put to hack passwords of my all email accounts. I also susPeSt that possibly my all email accounts have been hacked and misused. So for the investigation purpose I have sought the log sheet of my email account from Head, Computer Div Jon (copy enclosed, as No. 9) on ‘April 29, 2010 but it is not provided me so far. 4. On 17" Nov. 2009, my father in-law given one letter (copy enclosed, as No. 10) to the Inspector, Trombay Police Station and hatches! some criminal conspiracy. He also met th the Director, Nuclear Recycle Group (NRG), BARC. “Trombay on 21° Nov. 2009. tt was disclosed from the reply (copy enclosed, as No. 11) ‘of my email I have sent to the Director NRG, BARC, Trombay on 23 Nov 2009 for seeking his help. 1 also received one SMS (from the number 9954569199 from which my wife had used to call and SMS me) from which it is dj that my wife was in contact with the Director, NRG, BARC Trombay. Meetings were also arranged by Chief Superintendent (CS) Reprocessing Facility Trombay with the Director NRG, BARC to convince me to keep my wife with me and they tried to convince me from all angles. My Performance Related Incentive Scheme Individual, PRIS (1) has been blocked from July, 2009. After contaeting to the competent authority (copy enclosed, as No. 12) ‘have not received any justified answer, I suspect that 1S being done purposely. so it is apparent from the above facts that itis very big conspiracy and the conspirators are extremely powerful. Its also suspected that there may be some connection of my inlaws and conspirators with the some 10P officals of this organization (BARC). 1 have algo threat to my life from these peoples: | have sought help from the Director BARC regarding police protection on my cost (COPY enclosed, as No. 13). I have also sought the sane from the Hon. PM, HM of India; Hon. CM, DGP, Addl.
