press MODE key

hold mode key & press key simultaneously untill

display shows “1.2” comes in display

display shows “1.2” MANUAL

release mode & key

Hold the & simultaneously

press ENTER key once

Release ENTER key

Display shows the countdown from ”3 to 0”

Release & simultaneously

Display shows parameter “P 1.0” (LINEAR)


Press MODE & KEY simultaneously

Display shows “P 1.1” AUTO ADJUSTING START

Release MODE & KEY

Display shows “P1.1” AUTO ADJUST

Press ENTER key & Hold it

Display shows countdown from “3 TO O”

Release ENTER key

Display shows “10-RUN MODE”

Simultaneously AUTO CALIBRATION started

Calibration completed(with in 5 minutes)

Display shows v 122, “STROKE COMPLETED”

Hold MODE key & Press untill display shows “P 1.5”

Display shows “P 1.5” , “EXIT”


Release MODE key

Display shows “P 1.5 NV” (non-volatile memory save)

Hold ENTER key

Display shows countdown from “3 to 0”

Release ENTER key

Display shows “CHECK & VERIFY”

“AUTO SAVE” occurs but not shown in display

Display shows the current position of the value in %

Hold MODE key and press key

untill display shows “P 1.1””CONTROL FIX”

Release MODE & key

Display shows calibration completed & shows the current position feedback of the valve

valve is now ready for operation command from DCS
