The University of San Carlos Datalogics Society is hosting an anime karaoke contest called "Otaku Umi 2011 - Anime Karaoke Contest" on February 4, 2011. Interested contestants must register by February 2 by filling out a form available in LB 464 or by contacting the organizer. A maximum of 20 contestants will be allowed to sing anime or game songs and will be judged on voice quality, diction, overall performance, and audience impact, with prizes for first place and runner up.

OTAKU UMI 2011 - ANIME KARAOKE CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES/GUIDELINES:
1. Songs are limited to anime or game soundtracks, J-pop, and J-rock.
2. Anime Karaoke contestants must provide their own lyrics and music through CD/DVD. 3. Interested contestant/s must get and fill up a registration form on or before Wednesday, February 2 at LB 464 or contact Angeli De los Reyes at 09222066111. 4. Contest will start in the afternoon of February 4, 2011, Friday. 5. A maximum of twenty (20) contestants will be allowed to register. 6. Limited slots are available. First Come First Serve basis. 7. Costumes and choreography are welcomed but not required. Contestants may have their lyrics sheet while performing.
